Processing Time
All of our items are carefully handcrafted and prepared to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare, quality-check, and pack your order before dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Türkiye.
Our international shipping rates are:
- United States: $14.95 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch
- European Union: €12.95 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: £9.95 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates for Türkiye are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
United States: Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Any applicable import duties and customs charges are covered by FELT GOOD, so you will not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.
European Union and United Kingdom: Orders shipped to the European Union and United Kingdom are not sent on a DDP basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Türkiye: Applicable taxes are handled according to the requirements shown at checkout.
